① Please first confirm whether the carpet cleaning strategy in the APP is set to avoid carpet mode. If so, the machine will give up cleaning the room with carpets or floor mats at the door. Please change the mode to adaptive carpet mode and try;
② Check whether there is a thick carpet or floor mat placed at the door of the area, or a high threshold. If the height or thickness exceeds 2cm, the machine will not try to pass through and will give up cleaning the area. It is recommended to move it;

① Please do not follow the machine when it is working to prevent the machine from missing cleaning due to avoiding obstacles;
② If there are many items in the environment, it is recommended that you sort them out before cleaning;
