The carpet strategy has been set to auto mode. When the robot encounters a carpet/mat, it does not lift the mopping pad plate or knocks the carpet/mat off. What should I do?

The robot’s mopping pad plates cannot be raised.
1、Please check whether the carpet strategy is set to automatic mode. You can open the app-click enter-click settings-carpet cleaning strategy-select auto;
2、Confirm the working mode:
①If in vacuum-only mode, the mopping pad plates are in a raised state and do not fall, which is normal;
②If in mop-only mode, the mopping pad plates are in a downward state and will only automatically rise when they encounter the carpet, which is normal;
③If in vacuum&mop mode, the mopping pad plates are in a downward state and will only rise automatically after encountering the carpet, which is a normal phenomenon;
④If in mop after vacuum, the mopping pad plates are in a raised state during the first cleaning, and in a lowered state during the second cleaning. They will only automatically rise after encountering the carpet, which is normal phenomenon;
3、If the above phenomenon does not occur, you can operate as follows:
①Check whether the mopping pad plates are stuck by foreign objects. If so, please clean them in time and observe;
②Please check whether the mopping pad plates are loose. If so, please reinstall the mopping pad plates and observe.
During the cleaning process of machine, the automatic mode in the carpet strategy has been selected. Why does it still happen that the floor mat is knocked off, the edge of the carpet is rolled up, or the main unit is stuck on the edge of the carpet?
1、In the auto mode, when main unit's ultrasonic recognizes the carpet, the mopping pad plates will rise. However, the surface material of some floor mats is hard and cannot be identified by ultrasonic waves. The carpet is relatively thin and does not trigger structured light obstacle avoidance, so the floor mat will be knocked off;
2、When the mopping pad plates of the machine is raised and then put on the carpet, if you encounter a rolled-edged carpet, the edge of the carpet may get stuck on the main unit. It is recommended that you use double-sided tape to fix the rolled-edged carpet at home, or you can also set a virtual wall;
