What should I do if the robot finds the station but cannot enter?

1. Power off the robot, flip it upside down, and wipe the driving wheels with a dry cloth.
2. Wipe the station charging tray and surrounding water puddles with a clean, dry cloth.
3. Place the robot in front of the station and tap the recall/exit button on the station to make the robot automatically return to the station.
Reminder: Do not add any other cleaning solution to the clean water tank. When using the ECOVACS cleaning solution, follow the instructions on the bottle.
