Exclusive Sales Agent (France)
With the perspective of the Position as Country Sales Manager (France) with the responsibility of all sales activities in France.
· Develop and secure new business by working closely with prospective Key Accounts to achieve forecasted targets.
· Build loyalty and increase customer satisfaction with existing dealers through account management.
· Develops a business plan and sales strategy for France that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
· Monitoring and active Management of the sales activities in France
· Collaboration in the installation of efficient sales structures
· Brand Management: secure and improve brand awareness
· Co-ordination of new product introductions and the corresponding marketing activities by Key Accounts
· Preparation and submission of weekly reports and monthly forecasts
Reporting directly to the Director Sales (Europe) in Düsseldorf, Germany, the ideal candidate will possess:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related major.
· A proven background selling products that need explanation to French Key Accounts.
· Profound know-how of sales structures in France
· Proven sales experience in the sales of products that need explanation
· Strong natural sales ability, highly motivated to over-achieving against set targets, team player
· Technical understanding, excellent presentation and communication skills.
· Ready to travel throughout France (Focus: Lille and Paris region)
· High level of PC literacy i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
· Language: Proficiency in French and English
