1. User did not receive the verification email.

-Check if the mailbox connection is normal

-Check if the email is moved to the Spam automatically

-Please attempt to do the registration via another email account from a different mail supplier and contact our service team. 

-If a user registers more than once, the user will receive mails for each register application, but only the latest registration mail works, the verification link in other mails expires automatically.

2. Please click the latest verification link within 24 hours. The link expires after 24 hours.

3. One email address can only apply to one account in one country/region.

4. One account can be used for different ECOVACS robots.

5. If users want to change country/region, a new account should be registered.
