E-Commerce Sales Manager
Reports to: Head of EU E-Commerce

• Develop business plan and sales strategy for E-commerce that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Analyse existing/new clients and new market trends in terms of online sales in Europe
• Responsible for the E-Commerce operations
• Review sales performance and activities plan, close observation and quick response on the European markets in cooperation with country managers
• Operation and management of Amazon Seller business concerning pricing, deal planning, events, campaigns and extra possibilities of exposure in local country in terms of traffic gaining & conversation rate
• Daily review and optimization of marketing tools and promotions based on sales performance and planning
• Plan and implement marketing mix on Amazon incl. AMG/Retail merchandise etc. in cooperation with country managers
• Coordinate new product introductions, support marketing activities in terms of online presentation on main local platforms
• Content management for products and online campaigns on Amazon or with MSD, direct customer interaction, review management, etc.
• Coordination between internal departments and external partners
• Bachelor degree or above in economics, business administration, engineering or other related fields
• More than 5 years´ experience in B2B/ B2C E-Commerce, ideally in consumer electronics area; At least 1 year´s experience in B2C
• A proven record in managing E-Commerce platforms especially Amazon Seller, other platforms such as Aliexpress is a plus
• Strong experience on the system structure and operation process of those E-Commerce platforms
• Good knowledge on Amazon´s time and commercial regulation and activity types
• Familiar with Amazon´s algorithm, e.g. for price and penalty, additional cost under different terms/cases
• Know how Amazon´s ranking/traffic/conversion works
• Great communicator and negotiator, target-oriented
• Fluent German and English both in verbal and written, Chinese would be a plus
