Founded in China in 1998, ECOVACS expanded into Europe in 2012 and established the EMEA Headquarter in Düsseldorf. Today, we have over 6,000 employees across the globe, and we keep growing. We continue to grow and are looking for a Sales Manager Benelux (m/f/d) to take sales in the Benelux region.

What you will do

•         Execute and secure the business plan and sales strategy for Benelux that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability

•         Continue to develop and maintain business with named Benelux accounts and distributors to achieve targets

•         Work closely with the Head of Sales Northern Europe in setting strategies for the region

•         Build loyalty and increase customer satisfaction through sales management

•         Secure and improve brand awareness on the market

•         Coordinate new product introductions and the corresponding marketing activities

•         Managing communications between key clients and internal teams

•         Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, inspire, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization


What you will need

·         Master/Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other relevant majors preferable

  • Proven track record as a senior key account manager (KAM), ideally in a similar organization
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in consumer electronic or IT goods industry, ideally with existing network in Benelux region
  • Significant experience in managing retailers/direct sales and distributors/channel sales
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans
  • Proven leadership ability to drive sales
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English and Dutch language in verbal and written. French language skills are a plus.
  • Preferable work location: Netherlands
