●There will be a lag between the actual movements and the video images depending on your home network. A 1–2 second lag is normal. In extreme cases, the lag could be 6–7 seconds. We recommend upgrading your unit via the ECOVACS Home App in a timely manner for the best video experience.
●If too much of your cell phone’s memory is being used, video loading will be slower. We recommend freeing up some of your phone's memory and re-trying the real-time video and remote control operations.
