Customer Success Manager

Be responsible for conducting reporting and analysis of revenue, inventory and expenses to support Sales & Operations teams. Analyze financial status by collecting, monitoring, studying data and recommending actions. The individual is an expert at data management including data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management and reporting.
responsibilities
  • Update weekly sell through and sell in data of all models in all sales channels
  • Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting operational data
  • Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with budget and forecasts by channels Publish weeks on hand report by channel and sell through / inventory on hand report of all retailers / distributors
  • Inventory variance analysis
  • Drive the development of advanced analytics & reporting
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis
  • Experience with CE and retail experience is preferred
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience in analyzing numerical data trends · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
