Career Opportunity – National Account Manager

We are looking for self motivated and results driven National Account Manager to help deliver on our North America customer acquisition and revenue objectives. This position is responsible for generating sales of Ecovacs Robotics products to Tier 1 retailers through partnership building and by demonstrating exemplary presentation, negotiation and closing skills. As a member of the North America Sales team reporting to the head of sales, you will be required to achieve quarterly targets, execute programs designed to drive sell-through and have a proven track record of building strong relationships with existing and potential 
customers. 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

·
  Develop and execute joint partner business plans with the goal to meet and exceed the company’s target growth and margin targets
·  Achieve/exceed established target revenues and gross margin and other key performance indicators
·  Review and understand market and industry factors to formulate appropriate business plan initiatives and accurate forecasts
·  Develop and execute partner enablement initiatives, partner demand generation, and other partner-facing initiatives to increase pipeline and close revenue
·  Manage account level pricing, including costs, programs, contribution margin, and promotional strategy
·  Implement product launch programs with specified channels; Drive the product placement and business management process within leading partner operations
·  Deliver product and sales training with the appropriate channel partners to develop sales opportunities
·  Partner with the Ecovacs marketing and product management teams to deliver a complete solution to retailers
·  Identify and pursue new opportunities with appropriate channel partners
·  Inform management of issues and trends that may affect business outcome and success of the sales team
·  Provide weekly sales updates to executive management
·  Provide customer feedback and market insight to the organization in support of Ecovacs Robotics go-to-market strategy, programs and offerings

The Account Manager will have an entrepreneurial desire to succeed and have a proven track record in sales, business development, and sales management. The successful Sales Manager will also have:
·  BA/BS degree or equivalent
·  Min. 4 years sales experience selling hardware to Tier 1 retailers, including online
·  Proven ability to build net new business
·  Organizational skills necessary to manage a multiple account load with the highest service level
·  Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
·  Strong relationship building with executive or management personnel (internal and external partners)
·  Experience with high tech products preferred
·  Must have experience in writing, successfully implementing and tracking a well-prepared sales plan
·  Successful group presentations experience is essential
·  Self-motivated, aggressive, independent
·  Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving mindset
·  Data driven and analytical is a plus –
·  Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience will come in handy
·  Ability to travel up to 50%
