What should I do if the robot finds the station but cannot enter?

1. Power off the robot, flip it upside down, and wipe the driving wheels with a dry cloth.
2. Wipe the station charging tray and surrounding water puddles with a clean, dry cloth.
3. Check that the mopping pad plates are correctly installed and make sure that you hear a click to indicate that they are in place.
4. Place the robot in front of the station and press and hold the start button to make the robot automatically return to the station.
Reminder: Do not add any other cleaning solution. When using the ECOVACS cleaning solution, follow the instructions on the bottle.
