Connect your robot with the ECOVACS HOME App

Preparation for the connection
1. Scan the QR code on the robot or search the ECOVACS HOME App in Google Play or Apple App Store, download and install the Ecovacs Home App as per the instructions. Please allow the related locating authorization (including GPS and GPRS) for this APP. 
2. Please ensure your smart phone is connected to your home WiFi .
Notes: The robot supports 2.4GHz WiFi signal or mixed network of 2.4GHz/5GHz. If your router sends out two WiFi signals, please temporarily ignore the 5GHz Wi-Fi signal.

Connect your robot with the ECOVACS HOME App
1. Scan the QR code on the robot and follow the instructions to complete for the connection. This is recommended. Or you can choose to add a robot manually in the App, select your robot model and make the connection.
2. Power on the robot, after hearing the start-up music please follow the App instructions to complete the WiFi connection.

Tips：
1. The robot does not support hidden WiFi signal,  meaning the WiFi signal network name should be visible on your smart phone for the connection.
2. The connection does not support VPN or Proxy server currently.
3. The connection does not support web authentication or certification network.
