What should I do if the driving wheels are stuck?

1. Check whether the robot's anti-collision protection strips have been removed. If not, please remove them first. 
2. Power off the robot, flip over and gently rest it upside down; 
3. Press and rotate the driving wheels to remove any entangled debris.
