Description for the DEEBOT connecting network error code and provide solutions: 

1)  Error code: 10016, 10017 - Device configuration timed out

● Make sure the phone's mobile data, such as its 4G network, is turned off.

● Make sure your phone is connected to the DEEBOT Wi-Fi.

● If you cannot see the "ECOVACS_xxxx" Wi-Fi, reboot DEEBOT (press and hold the Reset button until a startup sound is played) and the router; then force quit the app and try again.

2)  Error code: 2, 10002, 10024 -Programe error

● Please restart the App, reboot DEEBOT (turn it off, and then turn it back on), and try again.

3)  Error code: 3 - Login timed out

● Please log in to your account and try again.

4)  Error code: 10000, 10020, 10021 - The mobile device is not connected to the network

● Make sure both your mobile device and home Wi-Fi can access the Internet.

5)  Error code: 10006, 10011 - Network connection timed out

● Make sure both your mobile device and home Wi-Fi can access the Internet.

6)  Error code: 10010, 10018, 10025 - DEEBOT cannot connect to the network

● Make sure your DEEBOT is located in an area with good Wi-Fi coverage. It is recommended that your DEEBOT is within 3 meters of your home Wi-Fi.

● Make sure your DEEBOT is already on, and that DEEBOT's Wi-Fi indicator is blinking after you briefly press the Reset button.

● Make sure you have entered the correct password for your home Wi-Fi.

● Make sure your DEEBOT is connecting to a 2.4 GHz home Wi-Fi.

● Make sure your DEEBOT and mobile device connect to the same home Wi-Fi network.

7)  Error code: 10502—Pre-Wi-Fi configuration failure

● Connect the DEEBOT again.

8)  Error code: 10503--- Issue SSID password failure

● Close phone cellular data and try to connect DEEBOT again

9)  Please try again if other error codes appear.
