How to clean the robot's side/main brush after they have been entangled in hair?

You can clean it with a knife or purchase a special cleaning tool from Ecovacs online store.
1. Long press the power button to turn the robot off and then flip it over;
2. Use a screwdriver to remove the side brush, and use the blade part of the knife or cleaning tool to clean the hair;
3. Open the main brush cover with both hands, take out the main brush, and use the blade part of the knife or cleaning tool to clean the hairs wrapped around the main brush.
