The live video is unable to launch or there is no image.

(1) The Wi-Fi signal may be poor. Please check the robot's Wi-Fi connection. The robot must have a good Wi-Fi connection to be able to launch the live video.
(2) The GOAT may be using the additional connection mudule, which does not support live video.
(3) The robot may be in Bluetooth mode, which does not support live video.
(4) The panoramic camera or the AI camera may be blocked. Please remove anything blocking the cameras.
