The docking station indicator remains red.

Blinking red indicator:
(1) Check that the signal cable between the docking station charging pile and the docking station chassis is connected properly.
(2) Check the signal cable for damage.
Solid red indicator:
(1) Check that the power supply is connected correctly.
(2) Check whether the power supply voltage is between 100–240 V.
If the possible reasons above are ruled out and the problem still persists, please contact ECOVACS Customer Care.
