The terms “We”, “Our”, “Us” and “Ecovacs Robotics” refer exclusively to Ecovacs Robotics, Inc., and its subsidiaries and affiliates. The terms “You” and “Your” refer exclusively to You, as a user of the Services.

Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in Our User Terms and Conditions.

When creating Your account, You may be asked to enter certain information, such as: your name, avatar, address, telephone number, email address, username and password, nickname (possibly obtained through third-party software), etc.  If You refuse to provide such information, You may not be able to create an account on our Website, and you may not be able to use the Services completely or properly.
  • Customer Support: When You contact us, You can provide Us with information about Your use of the Services, including information about Our Products that You own and Your contact details, so that We can provide customer support.
We may use Your Personal Information to contact You with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to You. We may use and store information about Your location if You give us permission to do so (“Location Information”). We use this Information to provide features of Our Services, to improve and customize Our Services. We also collect Your computer or mobile device’s source IP address, which may disclose the location of Your computer or mobile device at the time You access Our Website. You can enable or disable location Services when You use Our Services at any time, through Your computer or mobile device settings.
Third-Party Information
We may collect and use information obtained from Facebook, Google, Stampedand other accounts you use to login to the Services (“Third-Party Accounts”), such as: your name, your user name or handle, birth date, and other details you may have on your Third-Party Account profile (“Third-Party Information”). We do not have access to your Third-Party Account passwords. The data We receive from Third-Party Accounts is dependent upon Your privacy settings with these third parties. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust Your privacy settings on Third-Party Accounts before linking or connecting them to Our website or Services.  We use Third-Party Information to operate, maintain, and provide to You the features and functionality of the Services, to process and ship orders, to provide customer Services, and to communicate directly with You, such as to send You information about Your orders, product sales, special offers, and new site features.
Automatically Collected Information
  • Device Signals: We collect information that Your smartphone, tablet, or personal computer (“Device”) sends out or receives to tailor the Services to Our users in different regions, such as: geo-location and IP addresses. You can enable and disable communicating such information to us by adjusting Your Device security and privacy settings.
  • Device Properties and Operations: We collect certain information from and about Your smartphone, such as: number, model, hardware and software version, signal intensity, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, and other information.
  • Analytics Information: We may collect analytics data or use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Sites and to understand more about the demographics of Our users.

Business Transaction

Be advised that We may not be able to delete Your Personal Information without also deleting Your user account. Tracking and Online Advertising
We participate in interest-based advertising and use third-party advertising companies to serve You targeted advertisements based on Your online browsing history and Your interests.  We permit third-party online advertising networks, social media companies and other third-party services, to collect information about Your use of Our website over time so that they may play or display ads on Our website, on other websites, apps or Services that You may use, and on other devices You may use. Typically, though not always, the information used for interest-based advertising is collected through cookies or similar tracking technologies.
