Your Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist in the implementation of regional marketing strategies across the Nordics to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and sales growth.
- Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing campaigns (including digital, social media, events, and PR) to support brand objectives and product launches.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the EMEA marketing team, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of marketing activities.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the Nordics. Provide insights to adapt strategies to local market conditions.
- Media & Influencer Relations: Build and manage relationships with key media, influencers, and local partners to ensure effective PR campaigns and product exposure.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize and support local marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, and consumer events.
- Content Localization: Work with global content teams to ensure that marketing materials are tailored to the Nordics market, aligning with local language, culture, and consumer preferences.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities across the Nordics region, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
