What should I do if there is a disconnection or no sound during the voice call?

1. If there is a sudden disconnection or no sound during the voice call, please
1) Make sure that the network for DEEBOT and the smart phone are good.
2) Restart the App, and make the voice call connection again.
Notes: Unstable network for the robot or the smart phone may cause voice call interruptions.
2. If there is no sound on the DEEBOT side after the voice call connection, please
1) Make sure that ECOVACS HOME App is allowed to access the phone's microphone.
2) End the voice call, and try to check whether the voice function is normal via "Find My DEEBOT" in the App
3) If there is still no sound, please turn off the robot and restart it after several minutes.
