Welcome to www.ecovacs.com/uk (the website). ECOVACS ROBOTICS HOLDINGS LIMITED (“ECOVACS”, “we”, “us” and “our”) provides price match guarantee within our website!
We’ll match the product price if you buy a qualifying model at ecovacs.com/uk then find the identical model for lower price at ecovacs.com/uk
We'll refund you the difference if the below terms are satisfied:
- The price match guarantee is only valid for 30 days after you purchase.
- If we lower our ECOVACS Official online price within 30 days of your purchase, we will match our lower price, upon request.
- The product you purchased and the product advertised at a lower price must be within the same Territory of United Kingdom.
- Product must be a matching brand, model number and color to qualify as it appears on official ECOVACS online store.
- We need you to provide the order number or email used when placing an order at ecovacs.com/uk to check and refund.
Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover:
- ECOVACS ALL Accessories
- Lower price which is the result of a violation of ECOVACS advertising policy or if doing so would result in a violation of a ECOVACS policy where the law permits.
