Why can't my robot be charged?

1. Check whether the power socket is powered on, and make sure that the power cord is installed properly on the station.
2. Take off the cover of the robot, and make sure that the power switch is pushed to "I".
3. Check whether DEEBOT can be turned on normally:
1) If it can be turned on: Place the robot in front of the station and tap the Recall button on the station to let the robot return to the station by itself. After successful docking, the white indicator of AUTO button starts blinking. Check again after charging for 4-5 hours.
2) If it can't be turned on: Push the robot back to the station, and you will hear a voice prompt when the robot starts charging after successful docking. Check again after charging for 4-5 hours.
