The mopping pad plate rotates during cleaning but does not rotate when the robot has returned to the docking station.

Remove the mopping pad plate, and check whether there are any foreign objects and whether the mopping pad is closely attached. If the mopping pad plate still does not rotate after the operation, please contact ECOVACS Customer Care.
