Why is the TrueDetect 3D Smart Detection System sometimes unable to avoid obstacles?

The TrueDetect 3D Smart Detection System may be unable to avoid obstacles for several reasons:
(1) Dust has accumulated in the TrueDetect 3D module. We recommend wiping it with a soft, dry tissue.
(2) The object on the ground is too small. To ensure optimum cleaning results, the robot occasionally does not avoid small obstacles.
(3) The TrueDetect 3D Smart Detection function is not enabled in the App.
If the DEEBOT is bumping into furniture a lot, please contact ECOVACS Customer Care.
