Why can't DEEBOT recharge?

(1) Open the top cover and make sure that the robot's power is on.
(2) Make sure that the outlet has power and the electrodes are fully in contact with the Docking Station Pins.
(3) If the problem persists after following the steps above, please contact ECOVACS Customer Care.
