Why can DEEBOT N8 PRO not get out from underneath the bed?

The DEEBOT's TrueDetect 3D Smart Detection function is activated by default. Due to the high-precision smart-detection function, the DEEBOT may perceive the bed valance as a front obstacle and avoid the obstacle during cleaning. The DEEBOT will therefore not be able to get out from underneath the bed. Here is what to do:
(1) Option 1: For an efficient and smooth cleaning experience, we recommend folding the valance up underneath the mattress while the DEEBOT is cleaning;
(2) Option 2: We recommend disabling the TrueDetect 3D Smart Detection function in the settings. Although this may solve the problem, the obstacle avoidance performance may also be affected.
