There is an abnormal sound (friction) during the working of WINBOT W2.

Updated on 2024/02/19
The following situations may cause the abnormal sound:
1. The WINBOT W2 has not been cleaned for a long time, and the driving threads have a large friction force with stains, resulting in a strange sound.
2. During the cleaning of the WINBOT W2, it may come into contact with the window frame and the surface sealing strip, which may cause abnormal sound.

To solve the problem, please try:
1. It's suggested to dampen the wiping pad, wring it out and attach it flat to the WINBOT W2 before use.
2. Remove the WINBOT W2 and check whether the spherical sensors, side rollers, and bumpers are flexible and whether there are foreign objects stuck to them. If any, please clean them.
3. It is suggested to clean the driving threads in time to avoid difficulty in running caused by stains on them.
