The suction power of the suction cup at the bottom of the station is not released.

Why the suction power of the suction cup at the bottom of the station is not released after WINBOT W2 OMNI shuts down automatically due to power exhaustion during operation?

For safety reasons, the suction cup function and the WINBOT are linked. When the WINBOT is not removed by human, the suction cup will not be unlocked automatically to ensure the safety of the machine.

If WINBOT falls due to power exhaustion, but the suction cup at the bottom of the station are not released, please try to horizontally push the station to make it lean sideways. When one side of the suction cup at the bottom of the station is lifted up and deflated, the suction force will be released.
