Unable to take-up the compound cable.

1. The compound cable may be tangled.
Please use the button on the station to take-up the cable. Manually stuffing the cable into the station may cause the cable to tangle and get stuck. Please try to pull the cable out partially manually, and then try to take-up it again by using the button.
2. Low power of the station
In order to save power, the station is designed to be energy-efficient. If the WINBOT is not used for 10 minutes, the station will automatically shut down and the cable will not be taken-up. Please try to keep the power of the station sufficient, then press and hold the power button on the station to power it on, then press the take-up button on the station to take-up the cable.
3. Curled compound cable
The station has auto taking-up function, and it always automatically takes up the cable in the same direction. This may cause the cable to become concentrated in one area, resulting in a curl, which is a normal phenomenon. Please try to pull the compound cable out partially manually to help release the curl. Once the curl is released, press the take-up button again.
