Why does the alarm activate when WINBOT X moves across a window frame while cleaning?

1. WINBOT X should not be used on windows with frames smaller than 5mm (0.2”) thick. WINBOT X may move across a window frame smaller than 5mm (0.2”) thick and trigger the alarm.
2. If the Wheel Sensor and/or Edge Detection Sensors are stuck in the WINBOT X’s Cleaning Pad Plate it could trigger the alarm. Ensure both the Wheel Sensor and Edge Detection Sensors are protruding and free from debris
