The $20 coupon can be redeemed for a $200 discount applicable to the purchase of ECOVACS DEEBOT X8 PRO OMNI;
All offered on first come first serve basis, while stocks last.
3. Promotion Period:
The Promotion will commence between 15/09/25 to 24/09/25, or while stocks last.
ECOVACS reserves the rights to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at any time without notice to Participant.

5. Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) and reach the age of adulthood according to local law at the time of participation.
6. Territory: This Promotion is limited to the following countries: Australia.
7. How to Pre-order
a. In order to participate in this Promotion, you will need to pay $20 via ECOVACS Official online. The $20 payment is for a $200 discount for securing the Product. Each coupon code can only be used once and each order can only use one this code. The Coupon is solely individual-related and not transferable.
b. The $20 payment for the Coupon is refundable.
If you have purchased the coupon and have not applied it, please contact our customer service team for a refund after the coupon code expires. The $20 payment can be refunded to the original payment account;
In the event that you apply for a full refund of DEEBOT X8 PRO OMNI in accordance with ECOVACS return policy after using this coupon and such application has been approved by ECOVACS, please contact customer service to initiate refund requests for the coupon, the $20 payment can be refunded to the original payment account;
c. In order to participate the Promotion, you will need to provide certain information, including but not limited to your name, email address. You’re under the responsibility to confirm information is accurate and up to date. If we do not have accurate information, we will not be able to send you the confirmation email, the coupon, and inform you when the Pre-order is available for purchase.
d. After completing the payment of the Coupon, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. If participant participates in the Promotion by guest checkout, the only way to check the order details is the order confirmation email. If participant participate in the Promotion with a valid ECOVACS Account, the order details can be checked in “My Orders”.
e. We will send the Coupon Code immediately when you complete the payment of the Coupon.
8. How to Redeem the Coupon and Complete ECOVACS DEEBOT X8 PRO OMNI Order
a. Coupon Redemption Period:
You can redeem the coupon to purchase DEEBOT X8 PRO OMNI between 25/09/25 to 24/10/25.
Any Coupon codes not redeemed during this period will expire thereafter.

9. Delivery and Cancellation
a. Where possible orders will be shipped to you or be ready for collection as soon as is practicable, subject to availability, in order that you may receive it as soon as possible.
b. Either you or ECOVACS may cancel an order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that the Product has been dispatched or is ready for collection (“Dispatch Notice”), in such circumstance, the $20 payment for the coupon can be refunded to the original payment account in accordance with section 7 b.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
ECOVACS uses of any personal information submitted by you shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the process.
