- Develop and execute GTM strategies for new categories and key products in APJ markets
- Define target segments, value propositions, pricing strategies, and channel approaches based on regional market insights
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure high-quality GTM execution
- Drive alignment across cross-country stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Break down regional sales targets into actionable category and project-level plans
- Develop and track execution of promotional and growth initiatives
- Lead post-launch reviews and market validation in key APJ markets
- Analyze customer feedback and performance data to refine strategies and improve outcomes
- Build and standardize GTM frameworks and tools (e.g., user insight models, value proposition frameworks, pricing/channel models)
- Enhance launch efficiency and success rates across the region
- Lead cross-functional and cross-country project teams
- Establish effective communication mechanisms and resolve execution challenges
- Ensure alignment with headquarters on strategy and execution
- Provide regular updates on regional performance, insights, and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in GTM, product operations, or marketing within consumer electronics, home appliances, or smart hardware industries
- Proven experience in overseas market operations is essential
- Strong understanding of APJ markets and new product launch processes
- Familiarity with both e-commerce and offline retail channel operations
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional and international teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures
- Data-driven and user-centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- High integrity, strong ownership, and collaborative mindset
- Strong local market network and business connections are a plus
