As a key member of the ECOVACS APJ team, this role is responsible for driving brand and marketing initiatives to support business growth across Southeast Asia and South Asia, with a primary focus on India and Indonesia.

This role requires the ability to think strategically while executing data-driven, comprehensive marketing plans. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring effective communication and execution of strategies across cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders within APJ.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing
  • Lead the briefing, development, adaptation, and deployment of marketing assets, ensuring consistency and proper documentation
  • Plan and execute innovative country-level marketing campaigns, including branding and promotional initiatives
  • Source, manage, and evaluate local agencies to ensure delivery against KPIs
  • Support budget planning, tracking, and monitoring, including internal financial processes
Product Launch & Promotion
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across PR, digital, paid media, and promotions
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Sales teams, as well as external partners, to manage product lifecycle performance
  • Create and communicate product positioning, category storytelling, and supporting materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct market analysis, including competitor activities and industry trends, to support strategic planning and optimize sell-in and sell-through performance
  • Build strong product knowledge, including relevant technologies, to develop effective communication and training materials in collaboration with Sales teams
Channel Marketing
  • Plan and manage channel marketing budgets in collaboration with brand teams and distributors
  • Develop and execute online campaigns, including product bundles and on-site communication strategies
  • Implement offline marketing initiatives, including POSM (Point of Sale Materials), GWP (Gifts with Purchase), and merchandising execution
Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, market insights, and business impact
minimum qualifications
Job Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in the consumer electronics (CE) industry or equivalent
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and market trends, particularly in robotic appliances, smart home devices, and connected products
  • Proven experience in market research, brand positioning, messaging, creative development, and campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience across marketing communications, PR, digital marketing, and KOL/influencer engagement
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Familiarity with retail environments in Southeast Asia and South Asia, including experience in launching products across both online and offline channels
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and managing cross-country projects is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
