- Support day-to-day operations of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and e-commerce sales channels
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve business performance
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, customer service) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and operations
- Assist in optimizing operational workflows and customer journey across digital platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or DTC sales operations
- Basic understanding of online sales operations and digital commerce workflows
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar)
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
