- Business Partnering & Execution: Serve as a core member of the Korea and SEA finance team, providing end-to-end basic financial support and operational execution for business units under mentorship.
- P&L Management: Assist in the consolidation and reconciliation of regional P&L statements; participate in Profit & Loss management and routine business reviews.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly rolling forecast cycles by collecting, organizing, and performing preliminary data calculations.
- Operational Analysis: Perform foundational work for management analysis and variance analysis; extract data-driven insights under guidance to provide basic optimization recommendations for the business.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate efficiently with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support daily projects and promotional activities through financial data tracking and verification.
- Reporting & Compliance: Generate routine management reports accurately and timely in accordance with standard procedures, ensuring data integrity and precision.
- Special Projects: Assist in other foundational financial analysis tasks and the execution of special projects as assigned by management.
- Education & Professional Background
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance BP, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, or Financial Analysis.
- Prior experience supporting Asia-Pacific, Southeast Asia, or South Korean markets is highly preferred.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, Robotics, E-commerce, or Manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
- Proven track record in foundational financial execution, with practical experience bridging analysis and business support.
- Strong potential for business sensitivity; curious about business data and eager to uncover the underlying logic behind the numbers.
- Solid data processing capabilities and clear logical thinking; able to handle foundational data analysis independently.
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, etc.) and PowerPoint for efficient data visualization and report preparation.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills; active listener who can effectively drive task implementation.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient; a fast learner who thrives under pressure and embraces new challenges.
- Able to work independently under guidance while maintaining a strong team-player mindset to achieve collective goals.
