- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) data, and generate insightful analytical reports
- Prepare weekly business review materials and presentations
- Track sales forecasts, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop actionable, deliverable sales outlooks.
- Translate validated sales forecasts into supply plans in alignment with cross-functional team reviews
- Release and execute stocking plans based on agreed demand forecasts
- Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment
- Oversee the end-to-end order management process
- Proactively identify and resolve order-related issues and exceptions
- Ensure delivery efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory health at HQ level.
- Provide early warnings for potential stock shortages or excess/slow-moving inventory
- Support inventory optimization initiatives
- Fulfill data and reporting requirements from HQ teams.
- Support various data-driven and intelligent system (AI/automation) initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum of 2 years in Sales Operations, Order Management, Inventory Control, or Data Analysis.
- Expert proficiency in Excel for complex data processing and professional report generation.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills to bridge regional teams and HQ.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Exceptional execution skills with the ability to manage regional operations independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel to HQ on a regular basis.
