To qualify as a Referrer, you must: Be a legal resident of the United States. Be at least 18 years old. Note: The program is strictly prohibited for minors. Individuals under 18 cannot participate under any circumstances.
As valued customers, your recommendations matter most. When a friend purchases a qualifying ECOVACS product on the official U.S. website using your unique referral link, you’ll earn a reward.
The system will: Auto-notify you via email when a referral purchase occurs. Verify eligibility within 30 days of the order date. Confirm approval via email, followed by automatic reward distribution.
Common reasons include: ✓ Friend did not use your referral link ✓ Friend blocked cookies from the referral link’s page ✓ Order cancellation by either party or due to risk control ✓ System review pending (allow 30 days) If all criteria are met but no confirmation, contact support with your referral link and the order number.
Successful referrals: Click "My Rewards" on the referral page. For assistance, please contact customer service.
Status updates: "To be distributed": After your referee’s purchase. Approval: Within 30 days post-purchase. Deposit: Rewards auto-credit to your account upon approval. The system will synchronize the progress of each stage via email.

Yes. To ensure your referral reward is processed correctly, the email address linked to your ECOVACS account (used to receive coupons/rewards) must match the contact email provided at checkout. If the two emails are different, the system will not be able to verify your eligibility and the reward cannot be issued.
