Internet Usage Information
We may collect information that Your browser sends whenever You use Our Services or when You access the Services by or through a mobile Device (“Internet Usage Information”).
This Internet Usage Information may include information such as Your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of Our Services that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique Device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Services by or through a mobile Device, this Internet Usage Information may include information such as the type of mobile Device You use, Your mobile Device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile Device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique Device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may use and store information about Your location if You give Us permission to do so (“Location Information”). We use this Information to provide features of Our Services, to improve and customize Our Services. We also collect Your computer or mobile Device’s source IP address, which may disclose the location of Your computer or mobile Device at the time You access Our Website. You can enable or disable location Services when You use Our Services at any time, through Your computer or mobile Device settings.
We may collect and use information obtained from Facebook, Google, Amazon, and other accounts You use to login to the Services (“Third-Party Accounts”), such as: Your name, Your user name or handle, birth date, picture, and other details You may have on Your Third-Party Account profile (“Third-Party Information”). We do not have access to Your Third-Party Account passwords. The data We receive from Third-Party Accounts is dependent upon Your privacy settings with these third parties. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust Your privacy settings on Third-Party Accounts before linking or connecting them to Our Website or Services. We use Third-Party Information to operate, maintain, and provide to You the features and functionality of the Services, to process and ship orders, to provide customer Services, and to communicate directly with You, such as to send You information about Your orders, Product sales, special offers, and new site features.
Automatically Collected Information
- Device Signals: We collect information that Your smartphone, tablet, or personal computer (“Device”) sends out or receives to tailor the Services to Our users in different regions, such as: geo-location and IP addresses. The Services is intended for audiences above 13 years old. The Services is not directed to children 13 and under. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If You become aware that a child has provided Us with Personal Information without parental consent, please contact Us. If We become aware that a child under 13 has provided Us with Personal Information without parental consent, We will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.

· Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which You provided it.
6. Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights
To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to Us by sending Us a message on Our Website. Only You, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that You authorize to act on Your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to Your Personal Information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of Your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
· Provide sufficient information that allows Us to reasonably verify You are the person about whom We collected Personal Information or an authorized representative.
· Describe Your request with sufficient detail that allows Us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to Your request or provide You with Personal Information if We cannot verify Your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to You. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
7. Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If We require more time (up to [45/90] days), We will inform You of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver Our written response by mail or electronically, at Your option. Any disclosures We provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response We provide will also explain the reasons We cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, We will select a format to provide Your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow You to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance, specifically by electronic mail communication.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to Your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If We determine that the request warrants a fee, We will tell You why We made that decision and provide You with a cost estimate before completing Your request.
8. Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights
If You are 16 years of age or older, You have the right to direct Us to not sell Your Personal Information at any time (the “right to opt-out”). We do not sell the Personal Information of consumers We actually know are less than 16 years of age, unless We receive affirmative authorization (the “right to opt-in”) from either the consumer who is between 13 and 16 years of age, or the parent or guardian of a consumer less than 13 years of age. Consumers who opt-in to Personal Information sales may opt-out of future sales at any time.
