DELIVERY TIME
We'll process your order in 1-2 business days. And you can receive it around 2-3 business days after it is shipped. Sometimes may longer especially during promotional activities.
The orders will not be dispatched from Feb 9th to Feb 14th, 2024 as for the Chinese New Year holiday.

You will receive confirmation by email once your delivery is dispatched which will include the third-party tracking details of your order.

Orders placed over the weekend will be scheduled for immediate shipment on Monday, and your patience will be greatly appreciated. For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number on the website. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order is dispatched which will include the logistic and tracking number of your order.

Typically, merchandise will be received within 2-3 business after being shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over SGD24.99. If order amount is less than SGD24.99, we will charge a shipping fee of SGD2.99 for the logistics provider.
 
SHIPPING REGIONS
We deliver to all locations within Singapore except for military and some sensitive areas. Please put the completely shipping address to make sure that your order can be delivered successfully.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
We’ll deliver your order to your home directly. If customers are not at home or cannot be reached, we will arrange three redelivery attempts. If the three redelivery attempts are unsuccessful, we will arrange for the shipment to be returned.
