Thanks for your interest in our products. For this issue, kindly understand that the filters usually need replacing for about 2 months. But for the main brush and side brushes, you can refer to the prompts on the APP.
1) The child lock is activated by simultaneously pressing both the left and right buttons of the docking station for 3 seconds. The same operation is used to unlock it.
2) You can activate and deactivate the child lock on the App's setting about station.

For this issue, kindly note that the unit can empty the majority of what is collected (including pet hair), but it still needs to remove and clean the side brushes/ main brush/ dust bin and filters after multiple runs. If you still see the dustbin outlets getting blocked by fur, then cleaning in sessions can keep the dustbin from getting too full. It is suggested that you can try to set the custom cleaning features in the app, schedule your robot to clean rooms or areas at different time. Then your DEEBOT will return to the Auto-Empty Station for auto-emptying between cleanings.
