DEEBOT X1 does not respond to docking station commands (lost connection with the station)

1. The robot may go too far away from the base station. It’s recommended to use the App to control the robot in this situation.
2. If the robot is near to the station, please check the connection status in the App settings first. If it’s disconnected, please try to re-pair the robot with the station in this way：
a. Reconnect the power to the base station
b. Restart the robot
c. Place the robot in the base station, when it’s in charging, wait for 10 seconds and the robot will re-pair with the base station. You can check the connection status also in the App settings.
