WINBOT reports that the driving thread is stuck.

1. Take down the robot. Use the App to control and guide the robot to a position where it can be manually taken down.
2. After taking down the robot:
1) Check whether the driving thread is stuck by foreign objects. Use a tool to remove the foreign objects (if any) and restart WINBOT to begin cleaning.
2) If the problem persists, please contact Ecovacs Customer Service.
