WINBOT W2 missed an area during cleaning.

If there is some missed area during the cleaning, it may be caused by the wet wiping pad or the moist surface of the window. Please try the solutions below:
1. Take off the wiping pad and wring it out before reusing it.
2. If the window surface is moist, temporarily turn off the Auto Spray function in the ECOVACS HOME App and try to use a dry wiping pad to wipe a small area of the surface first, and make sure the wiping pad is dry before use.
3. If the window is dusty, try to use a semi-wet wiping pad to wipe a small area of the surface first, and make sure the wiping pad is damp and wrung out before use.
4. After cleaning, make sure to check whether the wiping pad is too wet and wring it out if necessary before using it to clean other windows as WINBOT W2 has Auto Spray function.
5. When encountering large handles during cleaning, the WINBOT W2 may recognize them as window frames and stop cleaning. In this case, it is recommended to use the EOVACS HOME App to control and supplement the cleaning for the missing part.
Note: Please do not use the WINBOT W2 on the window wet with water.
