My order never arrived, almost a month & 1/2 later I find out UPS was the delivery service. In my experience UPS is the worst company you can pick to deliver your product. Neither you or UPS managed to send me a communication stating that my package was going to be dropped off to an Advanced Auto Parts store. 

I called your customer service # only to hear the representative ask me if I have called UPS? That got me upset, I had to do his job in getting the tracking # of my order, look up the address it was delivered to, call the location, wait for them to  check and see if they have it cause it's probably been sitting there for soo long....

Next time, maybe, I will have to purchase the accessories from Amazon, because they at least do door delivery. The delivery system you are using is a true inconvenience for your customers. Not a single notification of where it has been delivered to, and then the pick up location per google maps is almost a 20 minute drive. 


The accessories fit but the side brush came apart after 3 months and so now I have an uneven number of brushes and there isn't a way to add an uneven number.
