This is in addition to the protections customers have under the Australian Consumer Law, and does not include shipping and handling costs.

The warranty for the ECOVACS DEEBOTs does not cover worn out components or consumables such as the remote control battery, safety pod battery, cleaning cloth and mop, filter, sponge filter, main brush, main brush cover, side brush, cleaning solution, or squeegee.
